When you moved into your house, you created a home; your furniture, accessories, and treasured photographs imparted your own personal style and aesthetic into the rooms. You turned a house into your home.
When you are selling, it is time to turn it back into a house that will appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. Buyers must be able to imagine living in your home…staging sets them at ease so that they are comfortable picturing their own personal style in your rooms, and living their dreams out within what is currently your walls. Without staging, it’s often hard for many to get beyond the uncomfortable feeling that they are trespassing in a stranger’s home.
Staging turns your home into a neutral canvas that appeals to modern buyers…but this doesn’t mean a sterile hotel environment. It’s also not the same as having your home professionally decorated by an interior designer; their job is to create the perfect home for you. My job is to create the perfect home for anyone.
Staging will give you a a competitive advantage in the marketplace, helping you sell your home faster and for more money. It’s certainly not the only tool to do so; your real estate agent is your advocate for issues such as pricing and timing.
I’m honored to help each and every one of my clients be a part of the team that sells their home in the minimum amount of time, for the maximum profit.
